Text Messaging (SMS) Terms

Program description

When you provide your mobile number and agree to receive texts, we send messages about work you have asked us about: quote follow-ups, appointment confirmations and reminders, notice that our crew is on the way, service and warranty updates, invoices, and requests for a review after the work is finished.

How you opt in

You opt in by entering your mobile number and agreeing to receive text messages on our website quote form, or by giving us your number and permission in person, over the phone, or in writing. We do not text people who have not asked us to.

Message frequency

Message frequency varies and depends on your project. You will typically receive messages only while a quote or job is active.

Cost

Message and data rates may apply. We do not charge for the messages themselves; your mobile carrier's standard rates apply.

How to opt out

Reply STOP to any message at any time to stop receiving texts from us. You will receive one final message confirming that you have been unsubscribed. After that we will not send you further texts unless you opt in again.

Mobile carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Quotes, Work, and Payment

• Quotes are estimates based on the information and photographs available at the time and may change if conditions on site differ from what was described.
• A quote is valid for the period stated on the quote itself.
• Scheduling is subject to weather, material availability, and crew availability.
• Payment terms are stated on your quote or invoice.

Warranty

Warranty coverage, if any, is stated on your quote, invoice, or warranty document. Nothing on this website extends or replaces the written warranty provided with your installation.

Use of This Website
